Dined in the lounge and had a great evening. If you don't have 2 hours for dinner and a show, highly recommend. There were a couple mix ups on the food but they made it right and were super accommodating. The manager, Hector, that came to our table to check on our meal made sure everything was perfect. Everyone was very nice. We tried the $39 pp taste of Benihana menu, came with an appetizer, soup OR salad and a basic entree (chicken, steak or shrimp). Kids love the kids meals. All the meals come with ice cream and green tea. Our server, Victor, was amazing, boxed our leftovers for us complete with extra yum yum sauce to go.

Our family had an incredible experience at Benihana Boca Raton! From the moment we arrived until the end of our meal, everything was absolutely outstanding. Our server, **Santiago**, provided exceptional service. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure every detail was perfect throughout the evening. He was always one step ahead, making sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed. His warm personality made us feel truly welcomed. We also had the pleasure of having **Delly**, the Brazilian hibachi chef, prepare our meal. He was absolutely amazing! His cooking skills were incredible, and his entertaining personality made the entire experience unforgettable. He kept our whole family laughing with his humor and interactive performance while preparing delicious food right in front of us. Every dish was cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic. Together, Santiago and Delly created one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. Their professionalism, kindness, and passion for what they do truly stand out. Peterson V was a great waiter! Quick and attentive - our Chef Gabe B was also amazing - seasoned everything beautifully. We have been to other Benihanas in the SoFlo area and Boca Raton location is the best!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Benihana Boca on July 4th. My all girls group had a reservation for a large party celebrating two birthdays. We were excited for a beautiful evening but our experience with the manager, Ingrid, immediately set a negative tone. When we arrived, I greeted her with a smile and excitement, but she was cold and unwelcoming from the start. She questioned us in a way that confrontational and informed me that I needed to cover up due to dress code. I was dressed in a nice outfit with a long skirt and was appropriately dressed for a birthday dinner. My gf and I visit this location regularly(at least once a month) and I have never encountered this issue before. To avoid any conflict, I put on a sweater and moved on. throughout the evening Ingrid continued giving our table nasty looks from the front desk, making us feel unwelcome during what was supposed to be a birthday celebration. The one bright spot of the night was our server, Sammy. He was hands down one of the best servers we’ve ever had at this location. He was attentive, funny, professional, and helped make the evening enjoyable despite the situation. Jean our chef was also great!

I’ve visited many Benihana locations over the years in California and Florida, and the taste is always consistent. The mustard sauce is still my favorite, and the spicy pepper-style sauce goes really well with seafood. The squid dipped in both sauces was especially good.
